01/15/2014: Weather will be very comfortable as temperatures are forecasted to moderate the next few days into the upper 20's. Our groomers have our trails into some very good to excellent conditions. Looks like a great weekend to be here riding. Always be alert while riding. It is advisable to only use lake trails when they are marked.

01/13/2015: Our groomers have our trails into some very good to excellent conditions. No major snow in the forecast but we have cold weather and plenty of snow here in the Northwoods for a great week of snowmobiling. Always be alert while riding. It is advisable to only use lake trails when they are marked.

01/06/2015: A couple of inches of new snow fell over the weekend and after a very busy week, our groomers have our trails into some very good to excellent conditions for the week. Colder weather has helped freeze up some areas that were wet, but be alert while riding. Caution is advised in low lying swamp areas as certain sections may not be passable. It is advisable to only use lake trails when they are marked.

12/27/2014: So far we received 3-4" of snow early this morning.With a another 2-3" forecasted through the early part of the day on top of our already good snowbase. Trails are in some good conditions as our equipment will be out nightly through this Holiday week. Colder weather will be retuning which will help trail conditions remain good. Be aware that trails in the Northwoods will be under some heavy usage this time of year. Caution still is advised in low lying swamp areas. It is advisable to only use lake trails when they are marked.

12/19/2014: Trails here in Vilas County are open. Colder weather with some snow has returned. After last weekend with temperatures in the upper 30's and losing a fair amount of snow we had, colder temperatures has returned with the area receiving 3-4 inches of new snow this week. There is a mix of fair and good trails. Depending on trail terrain riders will encounter rough areas and caution is advised in low lying swamp areas. It is advisable to only use lake trails when they are marked.

12/16/2014: Trails here in Vilas County are open. Colder weather with a little snow has returned. Conditions started good on Friday but temperatures in the upper 30's over the weekend has made snow on trails very soft, wet and creating bare spots. Some road trails has lost their snow. Riders will encounter rough areas and caution is advised in low lying areas. It is advisable to only use lake trails when they are marked.

12/11/2014: Trails here in Vilas County will officially open Friday December 12, at 4pm. Trails are in early season riding conditions. Riders may encounter rough areas and caution is advised in low lying areas. It is advisable to only use lake trails when they are marked.
